A Japanese Company Started Adopting Cats to Reduce Work Stress

Some companies are actively helping their employees by bringing down stress levels in some really unique ways that actually work! Take the Japanese company Ferray Corporation, for example. Managers there wanted to find a way to help reduce anxiety among their workers and found a really cute way of doing so. The company now actually pays their employees to adopt rescue cats and lets them live in the office!
The workers love the policy, and some have even adopted more than one rescue kitty. These furry friends now roam around in a safe environment where they’re loved and cared for every day. TIMESTAMPS
