Join yoga instructor Sophie Jaffe for a super-simple, 5-minute breathwork exercise that will help you feel in control of your energy. In this practice, you’ll work on a series of breathing techniques that you can use in any stressful situation. You’ll be surprised at the positive impact a couple of deep breaths can have on your aura. Inhale deeply, exhale slowly, and let go of the energy that isn't serving you.
