We're already big fans of Kayla Itsines's fitness app Sweat and the muscle-building, fat-blasting, and heart-pumping workouts it features. We love that some workouts are bodyweight-only, while others require minimal equipment (think: just one set of dumbbells). And while the focus has primarily been on strength training and cardio, there are other workouts fans have been requesting — and Sweat listened. Starting today, Sweat now offers two new workouts: yoga and barre. These styles of training are perfect for people looking for something more low-impact or to supplement other training plans. The best part? All of these workouts are designed to be done at home. The workouts will be led by a crop of new trainers, all with their own expertise and experience. The new barre program, Barre with Britany, will be led by Sweat instructor Britany Williams who is from Portland, OR. The new yoga classes feature vinyasa instructor Phyllicia Bonnano from New Jersey who will be teaching Yoga with Phyllicia. Yinyasa instructor Ania Tippkemper, who is based in Dusseldorf, Germany, teaches Yoga with Ania.
