This 30-minute HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, workout will challenge all of your muscles. Led by "Bachelorette" alum and Future Self founder Tanner Courtad, you'll start with a five-minute workout that includes an extra focus on the glutes with exercises like leg swoops and glute bridges. Next, you'll move into the interval work with 40 seconds of exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest. Courtad has programmed lateral movements like side lunges and balance exercises like standing crunches to get your heart rate up. These full-body exercises are cardio-intensive, so use the 20 seconds of rest to recover before beginning the next exercise.
