Banded Push-Ups 2 Ways
The push-up is a classic compound exercise that works the upper body and the core. There's a million variations that let us really squeeze all the juice out of this exercise, including these two banded variations: one modifies the push-up and makes it a little easier, and another adds some resistance and makes it more challenging.
