Move to the Beat With This 30-Minute Dance Cardio and Sculpt Class | POPSUGAR FITNESS



Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Khetanya Henderson, who will be leading this 30-minute Dance Cardio and Sculpt class joined by Alexis Turner and Natalie White! In this routine, you’ll start with a warmup that will have you focusing on your breathwork while reaching to the sky. You’ll be sure to dance your way through your workout, during which you’ll add a pulse to your side lunges and heel lifts, groove through your hip isolations, feel the burn with a series of squats, extend your body with arm reaches, and so much more. In the second half of the workout, you’ll feel your core and glutes on fire with a series of planks and side-lying leg lifts. This routine comes with plenty of modifications and advancements!
