If you are new to meditation or to yoga, this can be a bit of a challenge, so in this session I introduce a very useful breath technique called Ujjayi to help us train the brain and body to focus as one. To learn more about the breath technique featured in this video, you may watch my Ujjayi Breathing video here: https://youtu.be/IQrsJ-yZWV8 On days where your mind is in the future, or maybe your heart is in the past, this breath can help you ground in the present.
