4 Bermuda Triangle Theories Finally Debunked

Learning mysteries and conspiracy theory stories can be a lot of fun. The only thing that’s even more fun, is checking the facts and trying to debunk them. And what else has more crazy theories swirling around it than the Bermuda Triangle? Can you guess which ones are true and which are fake? There are a lot of questions to answer. For example, can ocean whirlpools be guilty of all the disappearances happening in the Bermuda Triangle? What lurks in the depth of Blue Holes? Was there a city on the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle? 8 Super Effective Exercises for Broad Shoulders

What can be “manlier” than broad and powerful shoulders? Other than being thoughtful, charming and witty, you ask? Well, personality aside, if you’re aiming at a strong and masculine look, your arms and shoulders are the thing to start from. Even if you don’t pay that much attention to the rest of your body, broad shoulders will give you that much desired V-shape, making you look bigger – in a good way, of course. So let’s have a look at what you can do! Dumbbell shoulder press is aimed at the front and middle parts of your shoulder muscles. Side lateral raise will target mainly the middle section of your shoulders, which helps them look rounded. Seated dumbbell clean is an explosive strength exercise that will give your front sections a nice shock. Pike press looks a bit strange but it’s great for the front and middle sections of your shoulders as well as your upper back as an added benefit. Other videos you might like:

-Sit on a bench and press your back against the back support. Take a dumbbell with each hand and raise your hands to shoulder height, your palms facing forward. Now exhale and push your arms up, straightening them and letting the dumbbells meet above your head. Hold them up for a second, inhale, and slowly return to the initial position.
-Stand straight with a dumbbell in either hand and with your feet shoulder width apart. Your arms should hang along your body with your palms facing your torso. Exhale and slowly raise your arms to the sides until they’re level with your shoulders. -Sit down on the end of a bench and bend over, almost touching your chest to your knees. Grip your trusty dumbbells, put your legs together, keep your back straight and your palms facing your calves. Now slightly bend your elbows, exhale, and raise your arms to the sides until they’re parallel to the floor. -Stand up straight, holding a dumbbell in either hand. Hang your arms straight along your body, with your palms facing the torso. Plant your feet firmly on the ground, shoulder width apart. Now exhale and, keeping your torso stationary, raise your arms to the sides.
-Seat on the end of a bench, planting your feet firmly on the floor about shoulder width apart. Grab the dumbbells with your palms facing backwards. Lean forward, keeping your back straight, and then burst upwards, straightening yourself and raising the dumbbells to the shoulder level in a swift motion. -Sit on a bench and place your palms on its edge, gripping it with your fingers on either side of your body. Plant your legs firmly on the floor, or even better, if you have an elevated object not quite as high as the bench you’re sitting on, place your feet on it. -Get into a regular push-up position with your arms straight, palms right beneath the shoulders, and your legs straight too, propped on the toes. Push your hips up so that your whole body now makes a reversed V-shape. Now lower your body in a dive-like motion, keeping your legs straight and only bending your elbows.
-Grab the dumbbells and stand up straight with your feet hip width apart and your arms straight along your body. Don’t bend your elbows, just let them hang. Now, without any extra movements raise your shoulders as high up as you can, hold on for a second, and lower them back. -Don’t forget to do a warm-up before a workout and cool down exercises after working out. Don’t be too hard on yourself — let your shoulders rest between training sessions. Three times a week should be enough for the optimal regimen. Subscribe to Bright Side : https://goo.gl/rQTJZz

Why China Is Number One in High-Speed Railroads

China has the largest network of high-speed trains in the world. It stretches a whopping 15,500 miles all over the country. But while that all sounds impressive, I can't help but wonder why they’d spend a fortune on building such a vast bullet train network when airplanes exist? First, most central train stations are downtown, so you can easily reach them by subway. You don't need to go through extensive pre-boarding security. And even if there are some delays, they don't happen too often and are much shorter than those at airports. Also, with their wider seats, more legroom, and freedom to move around, modern bullet trains offer their passengers more comfort. That's only the beginning of the list of reasons why high-speed trains rock. Other videos you might like:

-First, you need to get to the Beijing airport. Then, you must find your way in this huge multi-terminal transportation hub. Chances are that your flight will be delayed. And then another problem is that airspace in China is incredibly congested. -You can hand over as much as $500 for a Beijing-Hong Kong plane trip. But the same journey by train will cost you much less: around $150. -Salaries in China are significantly lower than in the West, which means less money goes to construction workers. Also, high-speed railroads are built with the help of local materials, and that's great for both saving money and supporting the regional economy. But the most important thing is that all railroad parts, such as tracks and embankments, are all standardized. -In the nearest future, they're going to build a 48-mile-long high-speed rail line between Zhoushan that will include a 10-mile-long tunnel running under the sea, making it the first underwater high-speed train tunnel in China.
-Shanghai Maglev reaches the top speed of a mind-blowing 268 miles per hour, so it takes just 8 minutes to travel 19 miles. Subscribe to Bright Side : https://goo.gl/rQTJZz

A Plane Could Destroy the City Center But Landed on the River

When planes have to land on water in an emergency, it’s an extremely rare and dangerous situation. It takes a skilled pilot and just the right conditions. But what’s worse is when the aircraft just falls apart after ditching! It was August 21, 1963 when the then-Soviet airline Aeroflot was about to perform its regular flight from Tallinn, Estonia to Moscow. There were 45 passengers and 7 crewmembers on board the aircraft. So at approximately 11 AM, the plane began to circle the city at an altitude of 1,480 feet, with each circle taking about 15 minutes to complete. -Engine 1 suddenly went out because of fuel starvation! The captain passed control over to the co-pilot because Chechenev had served in naval aviation and had some experience in landing on water. Miraculously, all the passengers and crewmembers not only stayed alive but they were completely unharmed! -The plane’s ripped fuselage started to gulp down the river water. The Neva is 1,300 feet wide and more than 40 feet deep in that particular spot, so there was a very real risk that the aircraft would sink, bringing all the people down with it. Luckily, there was a steam tugboat moving on the river not far from the place of the emergency landing. -Experts are sure that there were several lucky factors that helped them. There were no waves on the Neva that day. Secondly, Chechenev's water-landing experience played a huge role in the lucky outcome. Besides, it took the cockpit crew mere seconds to come to the only correct decision to ditch the plane in the river. How Autopilot Really Works on a Airplane

In the times of robots and self-driving cars on the road, you can say the future is here, right? But if we have this sort of “autopilot” for cars, then the aviation field has been way ahead of the times for years! Autopilot: how did it come about and how does it work? When airplanes were first invented, they required the pilot’s undivided attention to fly safely. As the airplane’s range got bigger and they could travel for more hours, it got harder and harder for pilots to keep up. Around 1912, the first autopilot was created by Sperry Corporation – a company that specialized in electronics. From that moment, the history of autopilot just starts! Other videos you might like:

How does the autopilot keep the airplane wings leveled? 7:39
What happens if the autopilots fail? 9:16 #howautopilotworks #planefacts #brightside Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY:
-At first, the captain needed to keep hold of the controls the entire time. As the airplane’s range got bigger and they could travel for more hours, it got harder and harder for pilots to keep up.
-Around 1912, the first autopilot was created by Sperry Corporation. The autopilot allowed the plane to fly level and straight using a compass course without the pilot constantly trying to keep it leveled manually. But as technology progressed and the world of aviation took off, the autopilot systems improved. -Aircraft that are designed for private transport are to this day still only flown manually. Even some jets might not have autopilots.
-Autopilot is officially known as the Automatic Flight Control System. It plays a major part in an aircraft’s avionics. -The Single-Axis Autopilot controls the ailerons, and it’s known as the “wing-leveler”. The slightly more advanced system is the Two-Axis Autopilot, which controls both the ailerons and the elevators to keep the plane level on both its horizontal and transverse axis. The Three-Axis Autopilot controls all of the above: the rudder, elevators, and ailerons.
-Once pilots board the plane, they enter all the control mode settings they need about the flight, like maintaining the aircraft’s altitude or direction. Then, the smart high-speed processors sort of cross-reference their calculations to see if the plane is obeying the pilot’s orders.
-Autopilots are just one example of a control system, and like all control systems, they work in very similar ways. They act based on what they measure, and their actions impact the value of what they just measured. -The gyroscopes on the wings sense that they’re being moved, so they automatically send that data to the autopilot computer. The autopilot then processes that information and understands that the wings are no longer level, so it needs to take action! It then sends the data to the servomechanism units that control the ailerons and tells them that they need to adjust so that the wings will become level again. -Autopilots are designed as a failsafe – which means even if they do fail, they won’t cause any damage to other parts of the plane. In this case, the pilots will have to override the autopilot by disconnecting it. Subscribe to Bright Side : https://goo.gl/rQTJZz
