I Tried Underwater Yoga at Atlantis



PS editor Taylor Andrews didn't know much about what this underwater yoga class would entail, but she did know that the website promised it would "drown out the noise of city life" and "rejuvenate" her. When she and her partner checked into class at The Lost Chambers Aquarium, they were pleasantly surprised to find out the yoga wouldn't actually be underwater. Instead, it was held inside the aquarium, which meant they'd be surrounded by 65,000 marine animals of 250 different species during their flow. Though they weren't wearing wetsuits and Taylor didn't have to blow-dry her hair afterward, the experience tapped into her blue mind and made her feel more zen than any other yoga class she'd done before.
