This short routine is a great way to wake the body up in the morning or refresh your brain during the midday slump: 15-Minute Rebounder Cardio Circuit with Quick Finisher https://gofb.info/15MinRebounderCardioCircuit Despite what I excitedly say in the intro, there is no core finisher in this routine but there is a quick finisher comprised of each of the main circuit moves (my brain was really dedicated to a core finisher). The rebounder exercises are straightforward and easily modifiable for you to determine just how much of a heart rate spike you want from this cardio workout. Make sure to review the write-up for extra bouncing tips as well as read about a few of the benefits of rebounder training, including the reenergizing effects of rhythmic movement. For an extra challenge, you can add a pair of light weights during the high-repetition exercises.
